The services below represent a portion of what I can offer to your organization. Before any engagement begins I will take time to understand your needs and tailor my services to your specific needs.

Project/Program Management support

Does your project need extra help? Are you facing changes you didn't see coming?

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I can provide additional project management support to bring objectivity and execution rigor to on-going projects.

Changing requirements, and/or shifting policy and economic environments require that your team can understand the changes and adapt to remain successful.

Engagements can be short-term (one to a few days) or longer-term. The use of a certified PMP can bring a new and determined focus to your project or program during any phase of the project life-cycle.

Independent Project Assessments

Is your project struggling? Do you know why it is not working?

With an independent assessment I will help your organization examine the factors that may be making it hard for your project or program to reach its objectives. 

An assessment engagement will provide your organization a findings report that can be used to make changes needed to get a project back on track.

Every project is different, but there are common elements that can help get your team aligned and headed in the right direction. 

Meeting facilitation

(in-person or virtual)

Was your last meeting or video call engaging and focused on outcomes?

As a trained meeting facilitator I can assist with agenda creation, meeting design, and serve as a neutral, independent facilitator.

Too many meetings suffer from directionless discussion without a clear sense of outcomes and action items. The meeting agenda shouldn't just state a time and location, but it should be a critical element to define the success of the collaboration. 

A facilitator can help make sure the meeting or call is focused, and provides a forum for all participants to equally share their best thoughts.
